• Sitting room with sofas and bookcase – balcony leading off, with table and chairs, overlooking courtyard.

• Toilet
All linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided.
The owner lives nearby and is available if needed. English spoken (with Australian accent), and a little French (with excruciating accent…).
